Bad things happen to good pets and when they do, we’ll be there to help. If you are a registered Barks and Medication Client, we’ll take your call (on a number available to you on your pet’s patient portal) and determine the best course of action to address your emergency. If we direct you to an emergency treatment center, we will call ahead and give them information about the situation and information about your pet’s history. Saving time and going to the facility that is best equipped and best staffed for your particular emergency gives you the best chance for a good outcome. We hope you never have to call for emergency help, but if you do we’re here to serve you.
