Appointment Information And Patient Portal Access
The Barks and Medication Patient Portal gives you access to everything you need to keep up with your pet’s health from your desktop or any mobile device. To download the Patient Portal App, you must have a Client Number. If you are already a Barks Family Member (a customer of either Barks and Recreation OR Barks and Medication) you already have a Client Number. If you are new to Barks, you will need to Create an Account to give us information about you and your pet prior to your arrival. You will receive your Client Number as part of creating your account.

So Why Create An Account?
Whether you create an account or not, you must provide all of the information we require in your patient file before we can treat your pet. All of the paperwork is available for your review by clicking “Paperwork” at the top of the Home Page. You can download it and fill it out as time permits, you can fill it out and send it to us on-line, or you can fill it out as part of creating an account. Creating an account gives you access to the Patient Portal. The Portal comes with many benefits.
